Refund & Cancellations

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours of the order is placed. After that, cancellations won’t be possible. In case you want to exercise your right of cancellation, you can reach out to us at nehachhabrabeauty@gmail.com

Reimbursement will be made within 14 days from the day on which intimation of cancellation of order was received. No fees will be incurred for such reimbursements. No cash refunds will be made and refunds will be done only through bank transfers.
