SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping on all orders PAN India. Order Now!!

Nehul Naturals is operating with its headquarters and warehouse located in Gurugram, India and all the purchases are dispatched from the Gurugram center. All our orders are processed within 2-3 days from the receipt of the order and are usually delivered within 5-7 business days. Currently, we are delivering PAN India only and can deliver to any remote areas as well.

Order deliveries will be made between 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Please note that shipments are not sent out on Sundays or any holidays. We do not guarantee timing or the date of arctival of the package as that is totally dependent on your location and the courier partner taking your packet.

We are working with a well-established e-commerce logistics company to get all our orders delivered safely to the hands of our customers. Once the package is delivered safely, Nehul Naturals is not responsible for any loss/damage made to the product.

Shipping & handling rates vary based on the size, volume, product, packaging, type, and other considerations. The exact shipping charges are shared with the customers at the time of checkout before making the payments. If there are any changes in the shipping charges, that will be communicated to you prior to placing your order and the charges will also be indicated in your invoice before your payment is complete.

We keep our customers updated during all the stages of transit from the time of order placement to order delivery via emails and text messages based on the information provided by them. Orders are to be signed upon delivery. Alternatives (Friend, colleague, neighbor, family member, etc) can be suggested in case of non-availability of customers. Nehul Naturals takes no responsibility for orders signed by alternative.

RETURNS POLICY

Nehul Naturals products are non-returnable due to health, hygiene & personal care nature of the products. The product will only be eligible for return if it lies in any of the following conditions:

  • Container in which the product is received is not opened.
  • Product is received in a physically damaged condition

Damages due to improper usage, wrong application or neglect won’t be covered under our Returns or Exchange Policy. If you are eligible for the return, you can reach out to us at nehachhabrabeauty@gmail.com within 24 hours of the package delivered. Please note that the postage will not be refunded. No return will be issued if the product has been opened and/or used.

Please allow us one to three weeks from the date of receipt of your request to be processed. Nehul Naturals will contact you once your return is processed & complete. Please also note that item can only be exchanged once and no cash refunds are permitted, whatsoever.
